How We Use It

We use this information only to respond, prepare gifting recommendations and quotations, arrange follow-up communication and protect the security of our enquiry service. A single enquiry will not automatically add you to a marketing list.

Storage and Disclosure

Information is stored in access-controlled business systems and shared only with service providers needed to fulfil your request, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

To access, correct or delete information you have submitted, email hello@gravia.sg and include your enquiry reference, if available.
